All the legal stuff…

All of our fibreglass products are hand laid by us using high quality materials to ensure you get the best finished product. Whilst we pride ourselves on making panels of the highest quality and fitment, even the best fitting fibreglass panels may require some adjustments to fit correctly, just as some steel panels do.

All items must be trial fitted before any work is carried out.

Original factory springs must be replaced on all bonnets with lighter weight springs. If using Billet hinges, be sure to let your supplier know they will be used on a fibreglass bonnet.

Please be realistic if having any trouble with item(s) fitting. Ask yourself these questions:

Have I had the car since new? How much of the cars history do I know? Do I know if the car has, or has not been in an accident resulting in slight changes of shape to the car? If your car is a drag/rally/ race car, how much body movement has happened each time I take off from the start line, or jump a mound of dirt? Also please keep in mind that the fitment of some original, steel parts were never the best, and that our moulds are taken off these original factory parts. Please feel free to contact us for advice on fitment.

Return Policy.

Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival and notify us immediately via email, including photos of any any concerns you may have. Item(s) will only be replaced or refunded if they are faulty.
No refunds or returns will be issued if,
1. Item(s) do not fit your car due to your cars modifications.
2. 2. Item(s) have been sanded/primed/painted/drilled, or had any modifications done to them.

Exchange Policy.

We may exchange item(s) at our discretion, ie, if it is a high selling item(s) that we can resell, or if we currently have another of the same on order. Item(s) will only be considered for exchange if item(s) are returned to us undamaged in new condition and in original packaging, within a reasonable time frame from you received item(s). Damaged on Delivery.

If the package arrives damaged, open and inspect contents while the driver is still there, and get them to note the damage. Do not sign and accept the parcel. By signing for the parcel you have accepted the item(s) and we can not make an insurance claim. In the case of pick up from depot, please do the same. If possible take photos of the damage to the package. If there is no visable signs of damage to the packaging and the contents are damaged when opened, please email us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Upon us sighting the images we will decided if the item(s) is damaged beyond repair, or repairable. If the item(s) is damaged beyond repair we will replace the item(s) ASAP. If we believe the damage can be repaired we will give you a realistic estimate of the repair costs, and ask you to get a realistic written quote to have it repaired. Our freight carriers require us to make an insurance claims within seven business days. Failure to notify us of any damages within the required time frame will result in us not being able to make an insurance claim, and we will not be liable for the costs.
